Starting any business from the ground up can be a daunting experience with a large learning curve, and a financial services business with World Financial Group Company is no exception. One of the largest opportunities for training WFG associates is at the annual WFG Convention of Champions – a four-day event that combines of dynamic training sessions and workshops covering topics, such as leadership, business building, products and more, that are designed to help the newest associate and the seasoned field leader alike. The WFG convention invites some of the top motivational speakers on the circuit, from diverse backgrounds including sports, business and the military, to speak to attendees.
In addition to the WFG Convention of Champions, another occasion for training is offered to associates who have recently become Qualified Marketing Directors (QMDs). QMD Academy is intensive three-day training program during which the QMD learns leadership and business building skills as well as strategies that can help him/her to continue to grow his/her team and business.
